SoSuites properties are owned by our own company or leased to property owners.

Our suites are designed & decorated by an in-house team of interior architects & decorators.

Our suites are designed & decorated according to 3 styles:

  • Zen style focuses on clarity & simplicity: white color, natural light, wooden decoration, natural stones
  • Industrial style focuses on space & straightness: blue, grey, dark, white, natural light, iron, straight
  • Local style focuses on the city culture: colors, materials, pieces of furniture remind the city hosting our guests.

Our suites match a specific a concept which relates to the number of square meters available and the  specific use of each space.

  • Kundalini is an appartment (bathroom, kitchen, bed included) up to 30m2.
  • Bhakti is an appartment (bathroom, kitchen, bed(s) included) up to 70m2
  • Samadhi is an appartment (bathroom, kitchen, bed(s) included) of more than 70m2

Most suites offer two way to book space per hour (day use) or per stay (night use):

  • Day use means that you can book for an hour, two hours, half a day or the whole day at a specific date.
  • Night use means that you can book  for several nights (at least 2 or 3 as a standard)
  • Month use means that you can book for a month or 12 months (available for all night use spaces)

The first day of your reservation

Whether it is for a day use or a night use, you can apply it directly to your account.

 

No monthly membership – no commitment.
Whether it is for a hour use or a full stay, you can pay by credit card or Paypal.
You can also pay on arrival in cash (at check-in).
You will receive an invoice via email after your reservation has ended.

Security deposit
You have to pay a security deposit to ensure us against incidentals.
This policy is standard and to ensure the quality of our service and insure the peace of mind of those who use it.

  • If you book for a hour use you will only have to pay it once
  • For a full stay, you will have to pay it for each booking.

Though YogiSpaces releases the funds immediately, it usually takes the bank 3-5 business days to process the refund.  Keep in mind that all refunds are subject to your bank’s individual processing times and vary greatly depending on your selected method of payment.

To cancel a booking, you can click on the cancel button on your order’s page in your account section on the website.

Hour use
You may cancel or change a reservation up until 2 hours before it begins – absolutely free of charge.

Full stay
For a cancellation 14 days before check-in we provide a full refund.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the date you are due to arrive, we will not be able to refund the booking.

Cleaning fees will be refunded for any reservation canceled before check-in.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

 

Select first the time you need:

  • Hour use: few hours at a specific date
  • Full stay : a full stay from the arrival date to the departure date.
    • a standard check-in at 5pm and a check-out at 11am.
    • a flexible check-in at 7:30pm and a  check-out at 8:30am on the departure date.
    • 2 nights minimum must be booked.

Hour use
Pick-up the number of hours you need, a specific date and select available time slots in the calendar.
Pick-up a payment method and enter your contact information (first name, last name, email, country, phone) or log in directly to your account, validate terms & conditions and process with the payment.

Full stay
Pick-up your date of arrival and date of departure in your calendar.
You will be able to stay and reside in the Yogi space from your date of arrival to your date of departure according to the check-in / check-out time you have selected.
Pick-up a payment method and enter your contact information (first name, last name, email, country, phone) or log in directly to your account, validate terms & conditions and process with the payment.

On each space the following content is available:

  • Accomodations
    • Number of seating available in the space.
    • The maximum designates the amount of people allowed in a space at one time for a day use.
    • The maximum designates the amount of people allowed in a space at one time for a night use
    • if available, a floor plan of the space and a virtual visit of teh space
    • Size & Layout View the square footage and
  • Opening Hours
    • For day use, our spaces are open, at the earliest, at 6:00 AM and close, at the latest, at 10:00 PM
    • For night use, check-in and check-out dates are provided
  • Amenities
    • All the features this space has to offer.
  • Digital equipement
    • All the digita features this space has to offer.
  • Furniture
    • Pieces of furniture available within the space.
  • About this space
    • A description of the location, advantages of the space, monuments around it.
  • Transportation
    • All information required to access the space from air, train or car: our recommended nearby public transit routes.
  • Need to know
    • A summary of our Day use or night use booking policy.
    • Every building has different hours of operation, which will affect the opening hours of our spaces (Room Access ,How to get in, from street-level to space….)

Shortly after the end of your reservation, you will receive a detailed invoice via email. It will be sent to the email address provided on your account.

Haven’t received your invoice?
Be sure to check your spam folder and verify the email address attached to your YogiSpaces account. If everything seems in order and there is still no sign of your invoice, please call, live chat, or email us at support@yogispaces.com.

Hourly rate
Every space has its own hourly rate and is dynamically priced. Certain periods of the day will be more expensive, due to traffic and demand. 

Credits and discounts
Credits will automatically apply to your reservation, as long as they were added to your account before or during the booking process. If a promo code was redeemed during your reservation, it will not apply towards your current stay.  Any applicable discounts existing on your account will also appear on your invoice.

Additional charges
Any applicable fees or additional charges will appear on your invoice. Additional charges can be the result of a requested rentable amenity or in-room service (such as a projector, chairs or concierge service,) a service fee (room required additional cleaning or furniture rearrangement) or even an overstay charge. 

Taxes
Taxes are applicable in Canadian cities and London (UK). You will see the taxes and registration numbers appear on your invoice, in your Subtotal section. 

Leaving on-time
If your stay is coming to an end, simply remember to gather your belongings, rate your experience and make sure the door is closed properly behind you. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Running late

If you stay in the room, it’s likely you’ll run into one of our cleaners who is assigned to your space. They will allow you a 5 minute grace period to gather your things, but any time beyond that will be added to your bill.

If there are no bookings directly after yours, you can extend your stay. To do so, go back to they day use reservation page and add as much time as you want to your current reservation.  Remember to extend before the end of your booking!

Getting Connected
Once your reservation is set to begin, you will notice the wifi information on your account.

I can’t find the network!
On your device, click on the WiFi drop-down menu. If necessary, “forget” or remove any previously selected network from your network list. You can also try restarting your device, to search for the network. If you’re still unable to locate the correct network, please reach out to our Customer Care team immediately.

I can’t find the password!
The password will be listed on the poster in the space, as well as in the app once.

The password isn’t working!
Please double check for any spelling mistakes, if there are any symbols, or any spaces in the password. Also, ensure you are trying to connect to the correct WiFi—it will be listed on the poster as well as in the app. If it’s still not working, please reach out to our Customer Care team immediately.

The WiFi is too slow!
If you’re finding the internet to be too slow, reach out to our team immediately.

All of the information you will need to access the Yogi space is found on:

  1. The YogiSpaces website once signed into your account.
    1. “Where it is located” describes the outdoor of the building
    2. “Building codes” are the code required in the street to enter the building (they will be available  1 hour before the start of your reservation).
    3. “How to get in” describe where the space is located whitin the building
    4. “Room code” describe the code that will work to open your Yogi Space during your stay (it will be available at the start time of your reservation on the website. I there is no booking before you, it will be revealed 30 minutes before your reservation begins).  To get into your space, enter the room code provided onto the keypad and wait for the green light before turning the handle.
  2. The email we sent to you 1 hour before your check-in hour or date.

Having trouble with your codes?
Try entering the provided code a second time on the keypad lock. If that doesn’t work, give us a call (number provided by email or on your account), reach out over live chat below on the right, or email us. Someone will open the door for you or we will give you a brand new secret code.

Do you have guests that need access?
